This stunning Chinese Cleaver is handmade by CCK (Chan Chi Kee) in Hong Kong by expert craftsmen using only the highest knife-grade steel. This Chinese cleaver has an extremely thin and sharp blade profile, perfect for slicing vegetables and meat without bones.
Please note, this is a bit longer than a Thin slicer / Thin Chopper. We recommend to purchase Size 3 for domestic use.
